This Sample loop License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (the "Licensee") and Mixappy (the "Licensor"). By purchasing or downloading any samples, loops, or other sound files from Mixappybeats.com, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Sample loops.

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, Mixappy grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Sample loops in your music production. You may use the Samples in commercial projects, including recordings, performances, and media productions.

2. Permitted Uses
You may:

✔ Use the Sample loops as part of your own compositions, soundtracks, or productions.

✔ Modify and incorporate the loops into your music.

✔ Give attribute to "Mixappy" (See N0.5 for Credit info below)

✔ Distribute your music containing the Sample loops through digital platforms, physical formats, and in sync with visual media (films, commercials, video games, Content creation).

✔ Use for-profit under the conditions that: "Mixappy" is granted equal amount of publishing rights as other producer (EX-1 producer= Mixappy gets 50%, other producer gets 50%) if it reaches 1 million views.

3. Prohibited Use

Licensee may not use the Music Loop(s) for any purpose other than the Permitted Uses described above. Specifically, You may not:

❌ Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Sample loops (in their original or modified form) to third parties as it is on our website.

❌ Use the Sample loops in isolation (as a standalone product) or as part of a competing sample library.

❌ Claim the Sample loop as your own work.

❌ Use content in a misleading or deceptive way

4. Ownership
All Sample loops are owned by Mixappy. This license does not transfer ownership of the Sample loops to you (the "Licensee"). You acknowledge that Mixappy retains all rights, titles, and interests in the Sample loops.

5. Credit
Crediting “Mixappy” as the provider of the Sample loop in your music is greatly appreciated. Use format below:

6. No Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the loops, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the Sample loops are purchased.

7. Limitation of Liability
Mixappy is not liable for any damages, losses, or costs arising from your use of the Sample loops, including but not limited to, direct or indirect damages or copyright infringement claims.

(Using loops without “Mixappy’s” consent is illegal and could be brought to court if necessary, so please beware of the consequences of using the Loops attached for-profit use illegally)

8. Modifications

We may revise these Terms of Service for our Website at any time without notice. By using this website, you are agreeing to be bound by the current version of these Terms of Service. We will notify you of any change by posting the updated policy on our website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your Country], and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

Please be aware that Content are subject to additional copyrights, proprietary rights, property rights, privacy rights. It is your responsibility to check whether you require the consent of a third party or a license to use Content.

Failure to read this license agreement terms does not excuse the recipient of any legal action or consequence taken as a result of unfair use.
